Adopt-a-Pet Program

The department has implemented a year-round "Adopt a Pet" program by utilizing our public channel to make pets available to our community. Adoption is the best way to get a pet to add to your family. Come and adopt a furry friend today! Thank you in advance for giving these loving animals another chance for a good life.

Animal Licensing

Don't forget any dog or cat within the city limits will need to have a City dog tag as per Section 6-7 of the City Ordinance: License tax and tags for dogs and cats. These can be obtained at the Public Works Department for $1 per tag.

Spay/Neuter Voucher Program

Project Companion along with the Eagle Pass Animal Shelter announce The Spay Neuter Voucher Program. It's Easy! Visit the Eagle Pass Animal Shelter at 1100 Eidson Road. If you adopt a pet you can receive a voucher for Spaying and Neutering! (Terms and conditions apply.)
