Fire Marshal

Mission

The mission of the Fire Marshal is to protect life and property through the development and application of fire prevention education and enforcement.

Responsibilities

The Fire Marshal's Office is responsible for all Fire Prevention/Education Programs and Fire Inspection duties. The Fire Marshal's Office works together with the Fire Department and the Building Inspections Department to create a safe community for the citizens of Eagle Pass.

Inspections

In order to inform homeowners and businesses of potential fire hazards and building violations, the Fire Marshal's office conducts numerous inspections throughout the year. To schedule an inspection please contact Lt. Federico Salinas, Fire Inspector at 830-773-1915.
